A different kind of implant practice

Personal care stays personal here.

One practice

Not a corporate dental chain

We are an independent oral surgery practice—not a large dental corporation. With one Yorba Linda location, your care stays personal and connected from consultation through follow-up.

Your surgeon

Dr. Yang is at your consultation

You will meet with Dr. Yang personally at your consultation to review your options. Your questions are answered directly by the surgeon who would plan and perform your procedure—not by a separate consultation team.

Clinical need first

Not for cosmetic replacement of healthy teeth

We do not remove healthy teeth and replace them with implants solely for cosmetic reasons. Treatment is recommended only after a careful clinical evaluation.

Clear answers

Full-mouth dental implant questions.

Reviewed by Daniel Yang, DDS, MD.

What are full-mouth dental implants?

Full-mouth dental implant treatment typically uses multiple implants to support a fixed set of replacement teeth for the upper arch, lower arch, or both. You may also hear this called full-arch treatment.

Who may be a candidate?

People with many missing or failing teeth, or difficulty wearing dentures, may be candidates. A clinical examination and 3D imaging are required to determine eligibility.

I was told I don’t have enough bone. Can Dr. Yang still help me?

Possibly—many patients who have been told they do not have enough bone may still have options. Dr. Yang evaluates each patient carefully and may use remote anchorage or advanced bone-grafting techniques when appropriate to create stable, durable support for implants. A 3D evaluation is the best way to understand what may be possible for you.

Can I receive fixed teeth on the day of surgery?

Qualified patients may receive temporary fixed teeth on the day of implant surgery. Final timing depends on anatomy, health, and the treatment plan established after an examination.

How much do full-mouth dental implants cost?

Cost depends on your individual treatment plan. During your complimentary consultation, our team will review your personalized costs and available third-party financing options. Your consultation and 3D X-ray are free, with no obligation—just a relaxed conversation with Dr. Yang and clear answers about your options.

Is sedation available?

Yes. Dr. Yang is licensed to perform IV general anesthesia in California, and most implant surgeries in our office are completed under IV sedation. Your comfort and safety plan will be personalized to your health, procedure, and preferences.
